Refund Policy

Return & Refund Policy: 
1. If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, please notify us within 48 hours of receiving the product by email : quinzmarketing@gmail.com of your intention to return product(s). Please mention the following information in the email: 

• Order Number 
• Your email ID registered with us (if applicable) 
• Name of the damaged product and Quantity damaged 
• Description of the issue 
• Clear photos of the package and the damaged products

2. The Product shall be un-used, Product tags shall not be tampered with, and the Product shall be in the original brand packaging. You will be entitled to a refund or replacement if products meet the return requirement.

3. Please ensure that the product is sent to us in the same condition as it was when received by you and packed properly. In any case that an item is returned to us in an unsuitable condition, we reserve the right not to accept returns and send the product back to you.

4. Replacements for exchange of damaged goods will not be dispatched until the original items has been received at our warehouse.

5. The refund process will take 15-20 working days from the receipt of the returned goods. Refunds will be via store credit which you may utilize for your next purchase. If you prefer to refund by different means, please send us an email and we will assist you.

6. We do not cover the cost of the return of the products.

7. We will provide replacements in the following circumstances: 
• Genuine defect or damage in the product received 
• Package damaged in transit 
• In case the wrong item has been shipped to you 

8. No replacement will be given in the following cases: 
• In case of minor design and colour variations. With handcrafted/handloom products 
there will always be some variation between products. 
• Products returned in a used or damaged condition 
• If the customer changes his / her mind after purchasing or on receipt of the product 
• If the product is returned without a written confirmation from us via email 
• If the returned product is not received by us within 5 days after receiving approval on returning the products.

9. For International Orders: Apart from the shipping charges paid, receiver is liable to any additional fees incurred at the destination and customs/duty clearance charges.
