Death - An Inside Story

Death is a taboo in most societies in the world. But what if we have got this completely wrong? What if death was not a catastrophe that it is made to be, but an essential aspect of life, rife with spiritual possibilities for transcendence? For the first time, someone is saying just that.

In this unique treatise-like exposition, Sadhguru dwells extensively upon his inner experience as he expounds the more profound aspects of death that are rarely spoken about. From a practical standpoint, he elaborates on what preparations one can make for one’s death, how best we can assist someone who is dying and how we can continue to support their journey even after death.

Whether a believer or a disbeliever, a devotee or an agnostic, an accomplished seeker or a simpleton, this is truly a book for all those who shall die!

Sadhguru reveals more about the Death Book and how its raw and direct approach is bound to cause a lot of disturbance.

Reread it again again. It will change ur life

Thinking that I have watched so much Sadguru's video on youtube, this book may not provide me anything new. I was WRONG!!! This book is so mesmerising and amazing that I can read until 3am in the morning. He explain the mystery of life so well. Preparing for a good death for self and others are so important. It teaches one to live well. Let the death go with the death. This word helps with the mourning process. I am a doctor myself and by reading this book, I learn so much about life and death and the vast universe. Having lost both my parents past 6 years, I can relate to many on what is say in the book.

Death - an inside story

This book offers an insight into the nature of death from the perspective of Hinduism. I think that in one way or another, Hinduism and Buddhism are closely related.

Some memorable phrases I encountered are : 'The moment you reject death, you also reject life', ' Grief is when one part of your life has become empty and you are not able to handle that emptiness "
